How information is used when you create lettering or manage a subscription.
Lettering and downloads
Your text, colors and style settings are rendered in your browser. When you request a download, the rendered image is sent to our server to check download access and prepare the file. We do not intentionally save that image as a public artwork or add it to a gallery.
Subscriptions and access
If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We store your checkout email, Stripe customer and subscription references, subscription status and paid access period. We do not store complete payment card numbers. An essential browser cookie lets the server recognize your subscription; the database stores a hash of that browser credential. Clearing the cookie removes access in that browser but does not cancel billing.
Email recovery
If email recovery is available, the authentication service sends a one-time code to the checkout email you enter. After verification, we create a new browser session for your subscription. We do not use that address for marketing as part of recovery.
Service providers and technical information
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores account and subscription information, and Stripe processes payments and subscription management. These providers process information needed to deliver their services, including technical request information. We use limited diagnostic records to investigate failures and protect the service. Google Analytics is used only when configured; its measurement code may collect usage and device information.
Your choices and requests
You can use the free lettering preview without subscribing. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information linked to your email. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Payment and security records may be retained where needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Deleting browser information or requesting account deletion does not itself stop a Stripe subscription; cancel renewal through subscription management.
