Commercial use and open font licenses
Pro pays for file delivery and service features. The underlying fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License, which already permits commercial use. We do not sell those font rights. Your own words, brand assets and intended use still need to respect other people’s rights.
Cancellation and refunds
Request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. Contact [email protected] with your checkout email and receipt reference. Monthly and annual plans renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access continues until the period ends. Read the refund policy for renewal payments and billing problems.
Graffiti generator pricing FAQ
Is the graffiti generator free?
Yes. You can type, preview and customize your lettering without a subscription. The Canvas generator works in your browser and gives you a way to compare twelve styles before choosing a file to save. Pro will add watermark-free, higher-resolution downloads when paid subscriptions open.
What will Pro include?
Pro is planned to include watermark-free files at 2400 × 1200, all twelve lettering styles and batch export. The monthly and yearly options will provide the same Canvas features. Subscriptions are not open yet; the purchase buttons will become available after payment and file delivery have been verified.
Can I use graffiti images commercially?
The bundled fonts have open licenses that already permit commercial use. A Pro subscription does not create or replace those rights. When using a design for a client or a product, check your text and any other elements for third-party trademarks, likeness rights or other restrictions that the font license does not cover.
Are AI images included right now?
AI generation is not available yet. The current generator creates lettering from your text, chosen font and visual settings. It does not generate a wall scene or an illustrated background. Any AI allowance will be listed with the working AI generator when that feature becomes available.
How will cancellation work?
Subscribers will be able to manage renewal through Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation will stop future renewals, with Pro continuing through the paid period. Clearing browser cookies does not cancel a subscription. Subscription management and access recovery must be ready before purchases open, so customers can keep control of their billing.
What is the refund policy?
You can request a full refund within seven days of your first Pro subscription payment, whether you choose monthly or annual billing. Email [email protected] from your checkout email with your receipt reference. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except for billing errors, service failures or where applicable law requires a refund. Cancelling stops future renewal.
